Terms of cancelation

• Free cancellation 48 hours before.
• Within 24 hours the first night will be charged.
• In the event of no show, the entire reservation will be charged.

 
Mediation

The consumer has the possibility of contacting a mediator in the event of a conflict linked to his service (article L-616-1 of the Consumer Code).
