Niaux Cave

The Niaux cave is not only one of the most famous Paleolithic caves in Europe but also one of the rare caves with wall paintings still open to the public.

Lombrives Cave

Lombrives is a unique setting. It is listed in the Guinness World Records (the largest cave in Europe). The circuits, lasting 1 hour to 3 hours, take you on the trail of the mysteries, stories and legends that surround the site.

Cave of Mas d'Azil

A refuge for men, from prehistory to the wars of religion, the Mas d'Azil cave is also an exceptional natural site with its impressive 65 m high arch. The Prehistory Museum showcases rich collections of weapons, tools and art objects.
